Michael Martinez is a production Sound Mixer and a narrative Sound Designer born and raised in beautiful Southern California. He was mostly raised in the Christian school system where he often felt limited in his artistic desires. This inspired him to continuously pursue the arts and form his talents as a musician. His passion for music carried over as he chose to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Visual Culture at the University of California, Riverside.
Upon graduating college, Michael began working on his newly developed passion for film and enrolled at Chapman University where he earned a Masters of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Sound Design. He strongly believes in the benefits of hard work, constant learning, and striving for personal improvement. Michael currently resides in Southern California where he continues to expand his portfolio and pursue his passion in sound and film. He works full time at 4DX in Hollywood, CA.
